He is working as a Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, NPR College of Engineering and Technology, Natham.

He Graduated B.Tech. degree in Information Technology from Sun College of Engineering and Technology, Nagercoil, affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, India in 2005, and M.Tech. degree from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, India in 2008 and a Ph.D. degree from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India in 2019.

His present research interests include the Internet of Things and Wireless Sensor Networks. He has published various research papers in reputed International and National Journals. He has presented research papers at International and National Conferences. 

He has guided more than 45 student projects at the Undergraduate level. He is a life member of the Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE).
